I photograph apartments, detached houses, cottages and commercial spaces for real estate agents, cottage owners, rental hosts and private sellers across Kymenlaakso and all of Finland. Services include photography, video, drone, 360° virtual tours and styling.

We are based in Kotka and serve clients across Finland. Travel costs are charged per kilometre for shoots outside the Kotka region — ask Antti directly for longer distances.

Yes — drone photography is available as an add-on for €29 + VAT. Aerial shots work especially well for detached houses, cottages, and larger properties.
Yes. Cottage (219 € + VAT) includes a 75-minute interior and exterior shoot, aerial photos of the property, a short social video, and 48-hour delivery. Cottage Plus (299 € + VAT) adds a styling kit.
Summer (mid-May to end of August) is the default. Ruska (autumn colours) runs September to mid-October. Winter — often the best season for cottages — is December to end of March. Multi-season sets are arranged with Antti directly.
The easiest way is the booking calendar at ajphoto.fi/varaa.html — pick a date and fill in the property details. Antti confirms the exact time within 24 hours.
Yes. Finished images are delivered in resolutions ready for the major Finnish real estate platforms (Oikotie, Etuovi, Tori) as well as agency CRMs and Airbnb/Booking.
No — a tidy, lived-in space photographs better than an empty one. The aim is to remove visual clutter (personal items, papers, dishes) while keeping the furniture and atmosphere. The prep guide covers the details.
By default, only finished and edited photos are delivered. Raw files can be discussed separately — ask Antti directly.
